Welcome to Step By Step Institute website. We are a specialist centre for therapeutic and socio- academic intervention, licensed by ministry of health, situated in Abu Hamour area of Doha, Qatar. SBSI caters to children and young people with wide range of different abilities and differences. It is an exciting privilege for me to witness the opportunities for children to learn, become confident and grow in to young adults who are equipped to be independent and productive members of society, preparing children today for the world tomorrow.

We celebrate the differences in numerous ways as we believe that every child is unique and success for every child will be different. Our team of specialist staff are licensed, skilled, experienced, hardworking, dedicated and committed to ensure each child will excel and reach their full potential. We want our children to be happy, safe and to access innovative, evidence based, child centered, multisensory, multi therapeutic program we offer. We pride ourselves in the facilities that include fully equipped, state of the art sensory room, multi-interactive, sensory modulated learning environment, calming and fully equipped therapy rooms, fully grassed and covered outdoor play area etc.

We strive to extend the learning and inclusion opportunities outside the Centre, in sport, art, socio- cultural experiences such as visit to museums, libraries, parks etc. We believe that effective communication between families and our specialist staff is critical component for fostering successful outcome. We work very closely with parents and carers and always aim to provide a happy and stimulating environment. Parents are welcome to come and discuss issues. You know your child best and we know that working together is the best way forward. We also run regular parent meetings, which are very informal sessions.
